HYDERABAD: Telangana chief minister- designate K Chandrasekhar Rao is learnt to have expressed his unhappiness to chief secretary PK Mohanty over the way the allocation of employees is taking place between AP and T states while his AP counterpart N Chandrababu Naidu has wanted allocation made in an amicable manner. For the second consecutive day on Friday, the state administration rushed to both the CMs-designate to explain the staff division process. In the afternoon, the officials made a PowerPoint presentation to KCR at the Lake View Guest House. Rao enquired about the principles adopted for the allocation of state-cadre employees. The chief secretary said staff allocation would be made on provisional basis and the final allocation would be made after June 2 considering the options given by the employees as per the Reorganisation Act. But, Rao expressed his unhappiness over the way the things were going on regarding allocation of employees and said his government would take a final decision on the matter. Mohanty told him that final allocation would take place only after both the governments were in place. If there were any issues, the two chief ministers and chief secretaries should sort them out at talks.
