T Budget for 6 Months to be Rs 26,515 Cr

AP's to be Rs 34,595 cr as per the vote-on-account approved by governor


Hyderabad: The new state of Telangana will start with a budget of Rs 26,515 crore and the residuary AP state of Rs 34,595 crore.
The vote-on-account, approved by governor ESL Narasimhan, for the first six months was divided between Telangana and AP. 
As per the information furnished by the finance department, the divided budget will be applicable for four months from June 2 to September 30 or till the respective states approved the regular budget in the Assemblies.
